For website development projects, the client is responsible for providing accurate business information, legal notices, product information, images, content, credentials, and other materials unless otherwise agreed.

Website hosting, domain registration, paid themes, plugins, applications, third-party subscriptions, premium tools, APIs, licenses, and other third-party costs may be charged separately unless expressly included in the agreed scope.

7. SEO and Marketing Results

SEO, AI search optimization, social media marketing, PPC, content marketing, and other digital marketing services depend on numerous external factors.

Growth Marketohs does not guarantee a specific search ranking, AI recommendation, social media reach, advertising result, conversion rate, revenue amount, or other business outcome unless expressly agreed in a written contract.

Third-party platforms, search engines, advertising networks, social media platforms, AI platforms, algorithms, policies, competitors, market conditions, and other external factors may affect performance.

8. Third-Party Platforms

Our services may involve third-party platforms such as Google, Meta, Shopify, WordPress, Wix, Webflow, WooCommerce, advertising platforms, analytics platforms, hosting providers, or other technology providers.

Growth Marketohs is not responsible for changes, outages, policy changes, algorithm updates, account restrictions, suspension, pricing changes, or technical issues caused by third-party platforms.

The client remains responsible for the legality and accuracy of materials it provides.

11. Payments

Fees, payment schedules, taxes, deposits, milestones, recurring charges, and payment terms will be specified in the applicable proposal, invoice, agreement, or statement of work.

Late payments may result in suspension or delay of services where permitted under the applicable agreement.

Both parties may receive confidential business, technical, financial, marketing, customer, or strategic information during a project.

13. Limitation of Liability
