Refund & Cancellation Policy

Growth Marketohs provides digital marketing, website development, SEO, content marketing, social media marketing, PPC, performance marketing, graphic design, and related professional services.

Because our services may involve customized strategy, professional time, development work, content production, campaign setup, research, third-party costs, and other work performed specifically for a client, cancellation and refund terms may vary depending on the service and applicable agreement.

1. Service Cancellation

Clients may request cancellation of services by contacting Growth Marketohs in writing.

The effective cancellation date and any applicable notice period will be determined by the applicable proposal, agreement, subscription terms, or statement of work.

2. Work Already Completed

Fees relating to work already completed, delivered, initiated, committed, or incurred before cancellation may remain payable in accordance with the applicable agreement.

This may include strategy, research, content production, website development, campaign setup, advertising management, technical implementation, design, third-party subscriptions, or other project work.

3. Website Development Projects

For website development projects, deposits, milestone payments, completed development work, purchased licenses, third-party costs, hosting, domains, premium themes, plugins, applications, or other committed costs may be non-refundable where permitted under the applicable agreement.

4. SEO and Marketing Services

SEO, content marketing, social media marketing, PPC, AI SEO, and performance marketing services involve ongoing professional work.

Where a client cancels an ongoing engagement, any completed work or services already performed may remain payable according to the agreed commercial terms.

5. Advertising Budgets

Advertising spend paid to third-party advertising platforms such as Google Ads, Meta Ads, or other platforms is separate from Growth Marketohs service fees.

Refunds of advertising spend are subject to the policies and decisions of the relevant advertising platform.

6. Third-Party Costs

Payments made for third-party software, subscriptions, licenses, domains, hosting, plugins, themes, APIs, stock assets, or other third-party services may be non-refundable where the third party does not provide a refund.

8. Exceptions

Any exception to the applicable refund terms must be approved by Growth Marketohs in writing.

Nothing in this policy is intended to exclude any mandatory rights available to consumers or clients under applicable law.
